“ Here we are back at the St-Hubert at the Charlevoix Casino. Since the pandemic, prices have really gone up, and it's become a St-Hubert Express, but the meals are still good quality. The service, this time, is disappointing. Orders take a long time to process given the number of questions. They should add a self-service terminal like McDonald's. Not all the waitresses are smiling. ”
“ I always take away, the welcome is great, all the staff are smiling, helpful, warm and welcoming. I often order the same thing, it's always very good, otherwise I wouldn't be a regular haha I love their St Hubert poutine without rib sauce! :) ”
“ This is a fairly standard “Saint-Hubert express” with a simplified menu and quick service. All you have to do is place the order at the checkout, then sit down with a little thingy that starts to buzz when the order is ready. We can then pick it up at the delivery counter before returning to enjoy everything at our table. I personally tried the rib poutine which was very good. The presentation remains simple, but the service was impeccable and the premises were clean. My plate was served in 10 minutes. ”

He gives us a pager and the doorbell rings to let us know our order is ready. We have to get up to get our dinner. There you go! Have a nice day. ”
